At UM Beauty House, we want you to love your skincare and haircare products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible products for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare or haircare products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or promotional items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [ info@umbeautyhouse.nl] with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason. This right does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
